1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or using VPS services from IndianXcloud.com, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Nature of Service

IndianXcloud provides virtual infrastructure services only. We do not control customer content unless required for abuse handling, security, or legal compliance.

3. Customer Responsibility

The customer is fully responsible for all activities conducted on their VPS including data, traffic, applications, and content.

4. Strict Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Violation will result in immediate suspension without refund.

5. KYC & Identity Verification

IndianXcloud reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Providing false information will result in permanent termination.

6. Payment & Chargeback Policy

All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. Any chargeback attempt will result in immediate suspension and permanent account ban.

7. Resource Usage Policy

Excessive CPU, RAM, or bandwidth abuse may result in throttling or suspension.

8. IP Blacklisting

If customer activity causes IP blacklisting, cleaning fees may be charged.

9. Data Retention

Suspended accounts may be deleted after 7 days without further notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Company liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service.

11. Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify IndianXcloud against any legal claims arising from misuse.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure due to natural disasters, government actions, or internet backbone failures.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian laws under IT Act 2000.
