IndianxCloud provides Virtual Private Servers (VPS) and related services. You agree not to use our servers for any illegal activities, spamming, phishing, hacking, or violation of applicable laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. IndianxCloud is not liable for any unauthorized access caused due to negligence on your part.
All services are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your services.
Refunds are only applicable as per the policy mentioned on the purchase page. Custom configurations or misused services are non-refundable.
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime. However, IndianxCloud will not be held responsible for downtimes caused by third-party providers, maintenance, or unforeseen technical issues.
While we implement strict security measures, you are responsible for securing your data. IndianxCloud shall not be held liable for data loss caused by user error, hacks, or misuse.
IndianxCloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if found violating our policies.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
